IOI Group awards Palm Oil Inventory Management project (4G Project) to DNR

DNR is pleased to announce that it has a bagged an important contract from IOI Lipid Enzymtec Sdn Bhd of Malaysia.
IOI Lipid Enzymtec Sdn Bhd is a new company under the IOI Group, investing in a state-of-the-art facility for the manufacture of nutritional lipids and specialty fats
. The IOI Group is internationally known as a leading global integrated palm oil player with operations stretching the entire palm value chain from seedlings to plantations to crop oil extraction to diverse value-added manufacturing across major continents - serving global markets in more than 65 countries.
DNR is involved with the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the complete Tank Farm Inventory Management System
on turnkey basis for the new 4G Plant.
The system manages the real-time inventory of the liquid raw materials and finished products stored in 64 tanks. The system also manages the tank farm related controls for 64 Temperature Control Valves, Nitrogen Pulsing System for all 64 Tanks, 24 flowmeters for product transfers, etc. Real time inventory data is integrated into their existing SAP system.
