Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the Tank Farm Inventory Management System for 135 Tanks; the system also performs the tank farm pump controls (40 loading/ unloading pumps). - NMK Product & Agency (Lanka) Pvt Ltd – Tank Farm Automation, Sri Lanka
Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the Port/ Terminal Management System. System manages 16 tanks and 10 marine and truck loading/ unloading arms. The designed system also manages the lease operations of the port, calculates the total charges and generates invoices based on leased contracts, operations performed, and services provided by the port to its customer. - Teck Guan (Jiangsu) Ltd – Tank Farm Automation, China
Design, Supply, Testing & Commissioning of the tank farm management, loading/ unloading management and quality management system. The designed system manages the tank farm for 70 non-custody and 8 custody tanks, marine and truck loading/ unloading (metering and weighbridge) and provide product quality analysis results. The system also manages all the controls for 100 loading/ unloading pumps, 33 temperature control valves, 66 remote actuated valves used for loading/ unloading and product transfers in/ out of the tank farm. - McConnell Dowell SEA – Helios Terminals, Singapore
Design, Supply, Testing & Commissioning of the terminal management system for a storage capacity of 440,000m3. System manages Helios Terminals’ 21 Custody Transfer Tanks and 2 loading/ unloading jetty’s (Finger Jetty and VLCC Jetty).
