DNR completes IIoT project for Sinar Mas plants in Indonesia

The Indonesian engineering team of DNR Process Solutions has successfully completed an IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) implementation project at the Marunda Marsho Plant of PT Smart, a subsidiary of Sinar Mas in Indonesia. The implementation, completed in early November, included Data Reporting and Visualization for 6 plants in Phase 1 and 1 plant in Phase 2.

This IIoT project is expected to bring numerous value-added benefits for Sinar Mas with the future connectivity of their business systems using Hadoop open source distributed processing framework and data analytics to meet their Industry 4.0 blueprint.
